All products in our Quality Package are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for twelve months from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to products purchased directly from us and does not apply to products that have been abused, misused, modified or repaired by unauthorized personnel.

Our warranty only covers the cost of repair and/or replacement of spare parts. There are no warranties expressed or implied for damage claims, costs, expenses or compensations resulting from the use of our products.

There are 2 parts for our repair charges: Labour charge and spare parts price. We will prepare a repair quotation for your approval before proceeding with any repairs.

We value your orders therefore we do not impose a minimum order value or quantity.

We accept cash, cheque and PayNow.

We deliver to all parts of Singapore.

As part of our customer service, we do not charge any delivery fee.

We offer same day delivery for most of our products.

It depends on the complexity of the installation — for example, whether 4 or 8 hours are required, and whether 1 or 2 technicians are needed. We will provide a quotation after assessing your requirements.

Most installations can be completed within one day, with about 2 days for more complex installations.

We usually conduct a site visit prior to installation. Information such as site accessibility and Risk Assessment (RA) documentation may be required.
